Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Yomio handles, why, and who helps us process it. We follow Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1.What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number if given, company and role.
- Work content your company adds: projects, BOQs, prices, documents, photos, voice notes and messages from connected site groups.
- Email, only if your company connects a mailbox: messages are read to find RFQs and replies to RFIs.
- Billing records. Card details are entered with our payment provider and never stored by Yomio.
2.Why we use it
To run the service for your company, to sign you in and keep accounts secure, to send the notifications you choose, to bill, and to support you. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
3.Who processes it with us
Cloud hosting and database providers; AI model providers that read voice notes, documents and emails to produce results for you; our card payment provider; and the services your company chooses to connect, such as Google, Microsoft, Zoho or Telegram. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
4.On this website
We keep your language, theme and sign-in in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
5.How long we keep it
For as long as your company's account is active, then as long as the law requires for records such as invoices. Your company can ask us to delete its data when it leaves.
6.Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or ask how it is used, by emailing us. Some requests go through your company's account owner, who controls the company's data.
7.Security
Data is encrypted in transit, each company's data is kept separate, and each role sees only what it needs.
