Terms of service

1.The service

Yomio is online software for contractors to run tenders, BOQ pricing, procurement, site updates, daily reports and related project work. We may improve or change features over time.

2.Accounts and roles

Your company's owner decides who joins and which role each person has. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think an account was misused. Your company is responsible for what its users do in Yomio.

3.Plans, fees and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Saudi riyals, plus 15% VAT, and start with a one-time setup fee quoted for your company. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• If a payment is not made, we may limit the account to read-only after a grace period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.

4.Your data

The projects, documents, prices and other content your company puts into Yomio belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

5.AI features

Some features use AI to read voice notes, documents and emails and to suggest prices, reports and RFIs. AI can make mistakes: review its output before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You stay responsible for the prices, reports and documents your company issues.

6.Fair use

Don't use Yomio to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to try to reach other companies' data, or to disrupt the service.

7.Availability and liability

We work to keep Yomio available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the three months before the claim.

8.Ending the service

You can stop using Yomio at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Ask us before you leave and we'll help you export your data.

9.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
