Daily site reports
Daily site reports from voice notes and photos
Your site engineers already talk about the day in voice notes. Yomio listens to them, in Arabic or English, and turns them into a clean daily report for the client and the consultant, without anyone typing it at night.
How a day looks
- 1
The site engineer records a voice note or takes a photo.
- 2
Yomio writes it up as progress, labour and issues; the engineer confirms.
- 3
The project manager builds the daily report in one click and sends it.
Voice notes and photos in, structured updates out
Each note becomes progress by area, workers on site and open issues. The engineer checks what Yomio wrote and confirms it.
The daily report in one click
A printable report per project, built from the day's confirmed updates and photos, ready to send.
Corrections flow through
If an update is corrected after the report is built, the report is rebuilt, and an issued report gets a new revision.
Issues become RFIs
Questions raised on site can be drafted into your project's RFI log, numbered per project.
Telegram site groups on Pro
On the Pro plan, voice notes can come straight from the site's Telegram group.
Questions
Does it understand Arabic voice notes from site?
Yes. Voice notes can be in Arabic or English, and each person uses Yomio in their own language.
Does the engineer have to fill in forms?
No long forms. They record a note or take a photo, check what Yomio wrote, and confirm.
Can the client see the report?
You print or send the report yourself; the client does not need a Yomio account.
