Confirm a site update
Yumio reads every voice note, photo and message against the project's BOQ, but nothing counts until a person confirms it. The site engineer or project manager checks each update here.
Step by step
- 1Open To confirm to see only the updates waiting for you.
- 2Under Work done, check each line: its BOQ line and its quantity. Change the BOQ line or the Qty if Yumio got it wrong, use Add a line for work it missed, or tick No quantity for a line with nothing to count.
- 3If Yumio could not tell which line was meant, choose it under Which BOQ line is it?, or pick Not in the BOQ — possible variation for work outside the contract.
- 4Check Labour, Equipment, Issues and Materials. Keep the ticks on Material requests → procurement and RFIs → RFI log you want filed when you confirm.
- 5Press Confirm. The update shows Confirmed — counted in progress and its quantities count on the BOQ.
- 6If the update is wrong or not about the site, press Reject, then Reject again at Reject this update? You can bring it back with Undo.
What you see on the screen
- 7Under a line you see the contract quantity and what is done so far. Above the BOQ quantity in red means this update takes the line past its contract quantity.
