Site
On site
On site is made for site engineers and foremen on a phone. Each button opens a short form. With no signal, what you send waits on the phone and goes by itself when the signal is back.
Step by step
- 1Check the project under Project. It is the same choice as on the Site updates page.
- 2Press Site update to send a photo, a note, the BOQ line and the quantity done.
- 3Press Request material to say what you need, how much and by when. It goes to procurement.
- 4Press Attendance to mark who is on site today, or Sign in / out to sign a worker in or out with their photo and the phone's location.
- 5Press Raise an RFI to send a question to the consultant, with a photo if you like.
- 6Need the full list of updates? Press Full Site page.
What you see on the screen
- 7The bar at the top says Online or No signal. Waiting to send counts what is kept on the phone; press Send now to try again at once.
