Step by step

  1. 1Press Price from past BOQs. Yumio matches each line to the closest past lines and saves the rates; the message below says how many were priced and how many still need a rate.
  2. 2Leave Ask AI about unclear lines ticked so the AI chooses between close matches. Its cost per 50 lines shows next to it.
  3. 3Lines missing? Add BOQ lines pastes them or reads the client's Excel or PDF; Preliminaries adds the preliminaries.
  4. 4Read the Rate from column: the past project, its date, any escalation, and how close the match is.
  5. 5Press a line to open it. Under Closest past lines press Use this on a better match, or type your own rate in Typed rate and press Save. Qty, Line discount % and Item type change the line too.
  6. 6Tick Checked on each line you have looked at, or press Mark all reviewed for every priced line.

What you see on the screen

  1. 7Close match (green) or Check (amber) under a rate says how closely the past line matched. AI means the AI chose it among close matches.
  2. 8+N% escalation: the past rate raised by the company's yearly escalation, from its date to today.
  3. 9Engineer to price: no past line matched. Type a rate for it.
