RFQ inbox

The RFQ inbox lists emails from the company mailbox that the AI (or the rules) read as requests for quotation. The owner, project managers and the QS / technical office register each one as a tender or dismiss it.

Step by step

  1. 1Connect the company mailbox first. If none is connected, the card at the top says so; press Open integrations.
  2. 2In To review, read each email's summary, its Client, Project, location and Submission due, and its attachments (tap one to download it).
  3. 3Press Register as tender, check the form filled in from the email, and press Create the tender. The tender opens with the email's documents attached.
  4. 4Not a request for quotation? Press Not an RFQ. It moves to Registered and dismissed, where Bring back returns it.
  5. 5Look in All mail for an RFQ that was missed, and press This is an RFQ on it.
  6. 6Show the email opens the whole message under the card.

What you see on the screen

  1. 7The coloured badge says what the email was read as (RFQ, client, consultant…). Read by rules (no AI key) means it was sorted without AI.
  2. 8Save documents (N) appears when attachments were not kept when the email was read; it fetches them from the mailbox.
