Drawings

The Drawings tab has two parts: the Register of every drawing with its current revision and status, and Transmittals (TR-001…) that record which revisions were sent to whom. The owner, project managers, the QS and site engineers keep it.

Step by step

  1. 1Press Add a drawing. Type its number, title and discipline, then its first revision: Revision, Status, Issued and the file.
  2. 2Filter the register by discipline or status, or search by number or title.
  3. 3Press a drawing to see its history. Press New revision to upload the next one: it becomes the current revision and the one before is marked superseded.
  4. 4Tick drawings and press Send N on a transmittal, or open Transmittals and press New transmittal.
  5. 5On the transmittal, add drawings and recipients, then press Send by email or Mark as handed over. Print sheet prints the transmittal.

What you see on the screen

  1. 6Each drawing shows its current revision (Rev A…) and its status: For construction, For approval, For information or As built. No revision means no revision was added yet.
  2. 7The counts on Register and Transmittals are the number of drawings and of transmittals.
