Projects

The Projects page lists your company's projects as cards, with the progress of each one against its plan. Office roles see every project; site staff and subcontractors see only the projects they were added to.

Step by step

  1. 1Press New project to add one. Fill in the code, the Arabic and English names, client, consultant, location, contract value, start and end dates, status, Advance % and Retention %, then press Save.
  2. 2Use the filter above the cards to show All, Active, Behind plan or Completed projects. Each button shows how many projects it holds.
  3. 3Press a project's card to open it, with its BOQ, programme, money, snags and the other tabs.

What you see on the screen

  1. 4Portfolio progress is the progress of all running projects together, weighted by each project's BOQ value. The badge shows where the plan says you should be today; it turns red when you are more than 3 points behind.
  2. 5Behind plan counts the active projects whose done % is more than 10 points under their planned %. Their cards get a red border and a Behind plan badge.
  3. 6On each card, the big figure is the work done. It comes from the project's programme when it has one; otherwise it is the value of approved site progress over the BOQ total. The bar shows done, and the thin mark on it the planned % for today.
  4. 7Contract value, Certified and Collected on a card are the contract, what the client certified in IPCs and what was paid. They show only for roles that see money.
